You’ll become a specialist in securing infrastructures against attacks, risks or malware using statistical and digital forensic methods.

A cyber security expert masters the basics of modern operating systems, and is also familiar with distributed applications in the cloud, as well as methods of software forensics and data analysis. Completed undergraduate degree (180 ECTS) in Computer Science, IT security, Business Informatics, Theoretical Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Media Informatics or an information science related subjects from a public or officially recognized university/higher education institution. At least a ‘satisfactory’ or Grade C equivalent in your previous education.
In addition, a minimum of 30 ECTS in Computer Science must be completed in the course of the undergraduate degree for admission. For applicants who do not meet this requirement, modules from the university's bachelor's degree programs are offered as bridging courses for free
