Leadership & Performance Enhancement for Managers


This structured training takes the participants on a journey of revelation – about themselves and the teams they lead.

Without using too much of theory and technicalities, building on robust foundations of research, insights and practice from the latest management and leadership thinking, we have designed a unique course that delivers a unique fun filled learning experience for those responsible for teams in the corporate environment. There will be games, short videos, lots of discussions and some questionnaire for the participants to respond to from time to time during this training. At the end of the five day course we hope to have made the participants imbue the vital ethos of enhanced leadership in an interactive and enjoyable sessions. They will have gained insights that will enable them to become valued and creative members of their respective leadership teams.

Why attend?

The training is aimed at the promotion and enhancement leadership skills of participants. It is also aimed to equip the participants with understanding of group behaviors and how a cohesive team could be build to improve productivity.

Who should attend?

This course intended for Managers and supervisors etc over several hierarchy levels,as well as managers who will soon be promoted to the next leadership level, with responsibilities for managing teams and or supervisors.

How the course is delivered

The mode of delivery  is in-class, in-person at the course venue, with the option of participating virtually. The methodology consists a mix of the following:

– Case Studies
– Short video clips.
